How It Works
ION IQ provides actionable insights because it learns your environment and operations. First, it draws rich data from your environment and factors in the behaviors of both your security team and our Cyber Defenders. Next, these Contextual Sources inform and enable ION IQ’s abilities as they’re ingested into the Data Mesh infrastructure where the data is processed and curated. Then, the resulting refined information provides the tools for building, sequencing, and using AI Models. ION IQ uses a combination of our own proprietary AI models as well as third-party AI models such as Azure OpenAI, which are then applied to two categories of AI Skills.
Throughout the process, the security and integrity of the data is paramount. Customer data never flows into any third-party model; it remains safely within Ontinue.
Data Science Team
Ontinue’s dedicated Data Science team comprises PhD data scientists and software and automation engineers, with many combined decades of experience in researching and building AI and machine learning models. Over the last several years, this team has added robust machine learning techniques to our service. We’ve trained AI models to continuously optimize processes and seek opportunities for automation and efficiency gains in our MXDR service.
